What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, PayPal.
 
How much does UK shipping cost?
Standard delivery is FREE on everything, and FREE for orders over £50 with Royal Mail 1st Class (£1.95 for 1st Class under £50). Spend over £80 and get Royal Mail recorded delivery for FREE (£2.95 under £80). You can choose your delivery method at the checkout.  
 
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
Please email us as soon as you can to make an address change to an order. If it has yet to be dispatched we can amend it for you. Nabu Online will not be held responsible if the item has already been dispatched to the address provided by the customer.
 
Can I return an item?
Provided the item is not damaged/used and in perfect condition, we will happily refund or exchange the order. Please send the item back to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately Nabu Online will not refund or be held responsible for packaging and postage costs unless the goods are faulty. We will also not be held responsible for lost, stolen or uncollected parcels. Please retain proof of posting when returning goods. Items returned to us in the conditions stated above will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of item. Follow the steps below for returns.


Step 1: Please email enquiries@nabuonline.co.uk before returning any items. We will send you details of our returns department to send the item to.


Step 2: Package up your returned item carefully and write the returns address provided by Nabu Online.


Step 3: Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office and pay for any postage fees to ensure the item returns to us promptly. It is the customers responsibility until it reaches our returns department so for your own peace of mind, use a suitable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.


As soon as Nabu Online receive your returned item, arrangement can be made the same day for an exchange or refund. An email will be sent to let you know that this has been arranged.
 
Where is my order?
We aim for your items to be with you as soon as possible, however please do note that all delivery dates are estimated. Double check for a ‘While you were out’ card from Royal Mail which will include details on how to re-arrange your delivery or collection.


Unfortunately though some orders may take a little longer to arrive than others. This can be down to the postal service for instance and may take up to 5 working days to arrive. If your order has not arrived within this time frame, please get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.


If your order is being shipped to a European or International destination, please note that they can sometimes take up to 14 working days to arrive. If your order has not arrive within this period, please get in touch and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.
 
I'm a wholesaler/supplier who is interested in stocking products in your store - can I have your contact information?
Sure, if you think your products suit our criteria, just drop us an email at enquiries@nabuonline.co.uk and we’ll be in touch with you to discuss it.
 
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. However, we do use a flat rate shipping service for those outside of the UK.
 
My item is faulty / incorrect?
If there is a fault or problem with your order, please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment. Contact us asap stating your name and order number and we will look in to the issue immediately.

Stories: 2000 Words

Novel extracts: 3000 Words

Please state what it is you are sending, and we will send a link to you once your writing is published on our site.

Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Appropriate action will be taken where necessary in this event.
